Its 4th-generation armored CAR-T therapy EU307, which targets GPC3 and expresses IL-18, and its solid-tumor antibody therapy EU103, which converts tumor-associated M2 macrophages into M1 macrophages, are each in domestic Phase 1 trials, alongside its antibody therapy EU101 and antigen-specific T-cell therapy EU204. In September 2017, it out-licensed EU101 to China's Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. for a total deal value of KRW 9.659 billion (USD 8.5 million), and in March 2016 it in-licensed exclusive rights to immune cell therapy patents from the National Cancer Center for a total deal value of KRW 2.8 billion plus a separate 1.5% royalty.
