Founded in 2016 and listed on KOSDAQ in 2021, Curacle Co., Ltd. is a biotech venture developing therapeutics that normalize endothelial dysfunction to treat intractable diseases. Using its small-molecule discovery platform SOLVADYS® and biologics discovery platform EAGLES®, the company is advancing pipelines including Rivasterat (CU06), CU71, and CU01, with Rivasterat, a retinal disease candidate for diabetic macular edema, having completed a U.S. Phase 2a trial. In 2021 Curacle out-licensed Rivasterat to France's Thea Open Innovation in a deal worth up to US$163.5 million, though the agreement was terminated in 2024, while its kidney disease candidate CU01 completed a domestic Phase 2b trial in 240 patients with last-subject-out in November 2025.

CU01 · 당뇨병성 신증 · 국내 임상2b상 · Dual mechanism activating Nrf2 and inhibiting TGF-β signaling. A domestic Phase 2b trial in 240 patients was approved in July 2022, with last-subject-out in November 2025 and a Topline CSR draft expected in January 2026.
