MAA makes reasonable efforts to keep member information, industry intelligence summaries, and stock price displays on the Site accurate and current, but does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information. All content is provided for reference purposes.

Stock prices, news summaries, and industry information shown on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including design, text, logos, and code, is the property of MAA or its respective rights holders. Member organization logos and other third-party assets are used with the consent of their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate any person or organization through the inquiry form
• Use automated tools to abuse the inquiry form or send spam
• Attempt unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or vulnerability probing against the Site or its infrastructure
