Founded in May 2018 and KOSDAQ-listed in September 2018, WSI distributes spine and joint medical devices through a distribution-pharma-robotics structure built via subsidiaries Ezmedibot (medical robots), Introbiopharma (pharmaceuticals), and IBP Lab (clinical sample analysis). It sells a topical hemostatic agent, plasma volume expander, anti-adhesion agent, bone hemostatic agent, DTF-40 radiofrequency surgical device, and Richard Wolf endoscopes to spine hospitals, and since 2024 has partnered with a global cardiovascular device maker to enter Korea's cardiovascular intervention device market. WSI acquired Introbiopharma in June 2024, holding a 77% stake by mid-2025; Introbiopharma has 149 approved drug products and PIC/S GMP facilities, with annual revenue above KRW 20 billion.
