Dong-A ST was established in March 2013 through a spin-off from Dong-A Socio Holdings (formerly Dong-A Pharmaceutical) and listed on the KOSPI in April 2013 as a manufacturer and seller of prescription drugs, medical devices, and quasi-drugs. It manufactures and sells self-developed new drugs such as Stillen, Motilitone, Suganon, and Jublia, along with prescription drugs (ETC) including Growtropin and Gaster, produced at its Cheonan, Daegu, and Songdo campuses. In 2025, consolidated revenue reached approximately KRW 808.8 billion, up 15.9% year-on-year, with the prescription drug segment posting KRW 527.8 billion (up 19.0%) and overseas operations posting KRW 170.4 billion (up 12.8%).
