Leveraging antibody discovery capabilities based on patient-derived cells (PDC) and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models along with its proprietary linker-payload technology, its pipeline includes the FGFR3-targeting ADC AMB302, the ROR1-targeting ADC AMB303, and the undisclosed-target ADC ODS025. It out-licensed AMB302 to Biohaven in December 2024, entered a co-development and license agreement for AMB303 with SK Plasma in May 2025, and out-licensed ODS025 to Boehringer Ingelheim in October 2025 for a total contract value of USD 991,000,000.
