- The Company Index covers the whole listed sector, not only MAA members. Membership
  is marked per company; inclusion in the index does not imply membership.
- Regulatory records come from openFDA and Korea's public data portal (data.go.kr).
  Records are matched to companies by business registration number where the source
  provides one, otherwise by deterministic name normalisation. **Matching never relies
  on name similarity or fuzzy scoring.** A company may therefore hold records that are
  not listed here — but every record listed under a company belongs to that company.
- Publications are PubMed records matched by author affiliation (the matching
  affiliation string is stored as evidence). Patents are KIPRIS records matched by
  applicant. Both follow the same rule as regulatory records: no fuzzy matching.
- Global clinical trials are ClinicalTrials.gov registrations where the company is
  the lead sponsor (exact corporate-name match after stripping legal suffixes; the
  sponsor string is stored as evidence). These cover trials run outside Korea —
  distinct from the Korean MFDS trial authorisations above.
- Clinical trial authorisations are pipeline, not approvals, and are kept separate from
  the approval counts. Drug records are attached to the licence holder, not the
  contract manufacturer.
- Company profiles are compiled from public disclosures. Where a company has supplied
  or corrected material, the source is labelled on the page.
- Financial figures (revenue, operating profit, net income, assets, equity) come from
  DART corporate disclosure filings, consolidated basis where available, multi-year.
- The member news feed aggregates official announcements, regulatory filings,
  and major media coverage of member companies. Sources are linked per item.
